First identifying what plagues your body and mind, I can then proceed to provide an individually designed exercise program to help you correct, improve, and enhance aspects of your physical health that you may have never been taught about.

GROUP FITNESS

Group fitness is a great way to get a workout in without having to think or plan. Each class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout and a cool-down.

CORE TRAINING

Core training is simply performing specific exercises to strengthen the muscles of your core. In general, your core is all of the muscles of your midsection. ... CARDIO FITNESS

Cardiovascular training, also known as aerobic training, is exercise that increases your muscular endurance by improving the performance of your lungs and heart so they can distribute oxygen to the muscles more efficiently

FLEXIBILITY/STRETCHING TRAINING

Flexibility is the range of motion in a joint or group of joints or the ability to move joints effectively through a complete range of motion.
