    I provide Sports Massage, Personal Training, and Hospitality Services, which include Private Chefing and Cooking Lessons.
  • Where are you based?
    I operate in Central London and Essex.
  • How do I book a session?
    The easiest way to book is by contacting me directly via WhatsApp, text message, or email.
  • Who can benefit from Sports Massage?
    Sports Massage is beneficial for: Gym-goers who train regularly. Injured individuals recovering from strains or muscle tightness. Anyone experiencing stiffness, mobility restrictions, or postural imbalances.
  • How long are the sessions?
    Sessions are available in 55-minute or 90-minute durations. I do not offer 30-minute sessions.
  • Do I need to bring anything for Sports Massage?
    No, I bring everything needed for the session, including the massage table and oils.
  • How should I prepare for my session?
    Hydration is key—make sure to drink water before the session. No stretching beforehand—we will incorporate stretching during the session.
  • Sport Massage Cancellation Policy
    If canceled within 24 hours, the room fee must still be paid.
  • How does office chair massage work?
    I bring all the necessary equipment—the client just has to sit down, relax, and enjoy.
  • How long is a chair massage session?
    Each session typically lasts 15 or 20 minutes per person.
  • What are the benefits of chair massage?
    Stress relief, Improved circulation, Reduced muscle tension, Boosted productivity
  • What is the minimum booking duration?
    The minimum booking is 4 hours, but I can adjust based on client needs.
  • Do you offer ongoing chair massage sessions for corporate clients?
    Yes, corporate clients can arrange regular bookings to provide ongoing wellness for their employees.
  • Chair Massage Cancellation Policy
    A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at booking. If cancelled within 72 hours, the full fee is due.
  • What type of cuisine do you specialise in?
    I specialise in Italian, French, English, and Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
    Yes, I can fully accommodate any dietary needs or preferences.
  • Do you offer meal prep services?
    No, I no longer offer meal prep.
  • How do cooking lessons work?
    Lessons are in-person only (I do not offer virtual sessions). Designed for beginners looking to learn basic cooking skills.
  • Personal Chef Cancellation Policy
    A non refundable 20% deposit is required at booking. If cancelled within 72 hours, the full fee is due.
  • Do you offer group training sessions?
    No, I provide one-on-one personal training only.
  • Do I need to bring any equipment?
    No, everything is provided during the session.
  • Do you help with injury rehabilitation and postural correction?
    Yes, my training focuses on injury recovery, mobility improvement, and postural correction.
  • How long does it take to see results?
    Results depend on your commitment and consistency in training.
  • PT Cancellation Policy
    24-hour noticed required for cancellations. Late cancellations will be charged in full.
